Shattuck - St Mary’s International School, located in Vietnam, is a leading institution committed to providing high-quality education through the Advanced Placement curriculum. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Secondary Principal to lead our High/Secondary School division. This leadership role requires a passionate educator dedicated to fostering academic excellence and holistic development among students. The Secondary Principal will also act as the Head of Boarding, but does not need to live on campus.

Responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the secondary school division, supporting faculty professional development, ensuring curriculum implementation aligns with AP standards, promoting student achievement, and maintaining strong communication with parents and stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Education or related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 3 years of experience in educational leadership or administration at the secondary level
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Placement curriculum requirements and assessment practices
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively and manage school operations efficiently
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in an international school environment is preferred
- Experience with running a Boarding Program is preferred
