We are seeking a passionate and innovative SENDCO / Learning Support Teacher who believes deeply in inclusion and in creating learning journeys that enable every child to thrive. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a rapidly developing department within a fast-paced, ambitious school. We are looking for someone with the expertise, energy and organisational drive to lead high-quality provision, support teachers across the school, and ensure that every student receives the support, challenge and care they need to succeed.

We want to hear from teachers who

  • Are passionate advocates for inclusion and personalised learning and preferably hold the National Professional Qualification for SENCOs

  • Have strong SEND knowledge and experience across a range of needs and age groups, as this is a whole school and across phase position. 

  • Can lead and coordinate support provision in a fast-paced, growing school

  • Build learning journeys that stretch, support and empower all students

  • Work effectively with teachers, parents and external specialists

  • Use data, assessments and observation to drive targeted learning support

  • Are confident managing caseloads, documentation and provision mapping

  • Communicate with clarity, warmth and professionalism

  • Understand safeguarding as central to every aspect of student support

  • Are excited to help shape and grow a developing department within a thriving school
