About This Role
Nicholas Chamberlaine School is seeking an exceptional Senior Deputy Head with the vision, authority and drive to lead the day-to-day life of the school and help shape the next phase of its development.
You will be a values-driven leader who believes that every young person deserves to thrive, regardless of starting point, background or circumstance. You will be a visible and credible presence, combining strategic thinking with decisiveness, clarity and an uncompromising belief in high standards for all.
Working closely with the Head of School and senior leadership team, the Senior Deputy Head will act as principal deputy, providing strong operational leadership while contributing fully to whole-school strategy. You will ensure that systems are robust, expectations are consistently upheld, and that excellent practice translates into strong outcomes for every student.
