Grade:                                 Grade 6; Point 12-17 Cheshire East Council NJC Pay Structure

Start Date:                       ASAP

Contract Type:               37 hours per week (full time) Monday – Friday, 52 weeks per year (full year)

Contract Term:              Permanent

We are looking to appoint an experienced Senior ICT Technician to be a key member of the school’s Information Systems Support (ISS) Team. To provide the school with expert IT support and troubleshooting of technical issues to enable effective operation. The role will also support and deputise, where required, for the Senior Leader: ICT & Network Operations to provide robust and effective ICT networks and associated systems.  

 

The successful candidate will:

  • Have up-to-date understanding of ICT systems, infrastructure, networking, software, and emerging technologies.

  • Have proven experience maintaining ICT systems and services, supporting teams within an education setting or similar environment.

  • Knowledge of data protection legislation and best practices in information security.

Compensation

€35,000 - €50,000 (Pre-Tax)
