About This Role
Burlington House School is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary therapy team supporting pupils from Key Stage 2 through to Key Stage 5 (Years 4–14) across two sites.
At Burlington House School, communication is embedded across the school day. Speech and Language Therapy is delivered through a graduated model of universal, targeted and specialist support, ensuring pupils are able to access learning, develop relationships and build confidence in their communication.
The therapist will deliver neuro-affirming person centered, strengths-based intervention that supports pupils to understand their communication profile, develop effective interaction strategies, and build independence as they move through the school and into adulthood.
The Role
The role includes delivering individual and group interventions, working closely with multi-therapy assistants, and collaborating with teachers and other therapists to ensure communication strategies are embedded across classrooms and wider school activities.
