About This Role

About the School

Hangzhou Foreign Languages School (HFLS) is one of the most well-established and highly regarded schools in China. Dipont Education delivers its international high school programs at HFLS through dedicated curriculum centers that provide a rigorous and globally focused academic environment.

Founded in 2008, the Dipont A-level program at HFLS offers Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level courses across a range of subjects. The school is located 30–40 minutes west of Hangzhou’s CBD, surrounded by tea fields and hillsides that offer opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking. Shuttle buses are available for staff commuting from downtown Hangzhou.

HFLS students are bright, motivated, and ambitious, presenting few disciplinary challenges. Each year, approximately 80% of graduates are admitted to top universities in China and abroad, with many progressing to high-profile careers. More than 30 HFLS alumni currently serve in China’s foreign ministry.
