The Role

As a Teacher of Maths, you will:

  • Deliver high‑quality, well‑sequenced Maths lessons across relevant Key Stages

  • Build pupils’ fluency, reasoning and problem‑solving skills

  • Use assessment intelligently to identify misconceptions and secure strong progress

  • Contribute to an ambitious, inclusive curriculum designed to support all learners

  • Work closely with colleagues, including the Curriculum Director and Lead Practitioner for Maths

  • Support pupils with SEND and other vulnerable learners through effective strategies and interventions

  • Promote excellent behaviour, strong learning habits and a culture of high aspiration

  • Engage fully in professional development, coaching and collaborative improvement

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience. The Trust may offer an incentivised recruitment payment (golden handshake) for the successful candidate.

Candidate Requirements

  • A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 2 years verifiable post-qualification teaching experience.
  • Demonstrable track record of excellent student outcomes.
  • A bachelor's degree directly related to your teaching specialization.
  • Clear criminal record check spanning the last 10 years of residency.
