About This Role

An exciting opportunity awaits an inspiring and ambitious Teacher of Maths to join one of our high performing maths department. As part of one of our supportive and successful maths teams,  with proven track records of exceptional outcomes, you will play a key role in shaping the success of pupils. We are looking for a teacher who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to outstanding classroom practice, contributing to an environment where every learner can thrive.  The successful candidate must be willing to teach at any of the secondary academies within the Trust.

You will be:

  • Able to make a measurable, positive impact on the progress of pupils you teach, as well as those across the wider department.

  • Skilled at inspiring pupils of all abilities, encouraging high aspirations and enabling them to achieve their full potential at KS3 and KS4.

  • Creative and proactive, bringing fresh ideas and driving initiatives that support continuous improvement.

  • Confident in supporting the Subject Leader by contributing to the strategic development and direction of the department.

  • Committed to delivering consistently outstanding teaching and able to share effective practice in a constructive, collaborative way.

  • A reflective practitioner who models professional growth and supports colleagues through positive, solution‑focused collaboration.

  • Skilled in identifying need and implementing timely intervention strategies to ensure no pupil is left behind.

You will be/ have:

This role is ideal for an exceptional ECT seeking an excellent foundation within a highly supportive environment, as well as for an experienced teacher looking to further develop their career within an already successful and collaborative team.

Compensation

€35,000 - €50,000 (Pre-Tax)
