About This Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual who is passionate about Early Years childhood education to join our busy and vibrant Nursery/Infant school. The post requires someone passionate about working with young children.
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated team player who is committed to the academic learning and English language development of young children.
The Role
EISP is looking for a candidate who is
a qualified Early Years teacher with QTS status or its equivalent who has experience in teaching children from the age of 12 months to 3 years;
a native English speaker
a dedicated professional who is available to support and deliver high-quality after-school provision as part of our extended learning program.
able to foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for learning;
able to deliver high-quality teaching and learning to pupils within the nursery/infant division;
confident in enabling children to build their literacy, language, and numeracy skills;
able to encourage exploration, independence, and problem-solving through hands-on learning;
able to inspire children with enthusiasm and a love of learning;
able to foster each child’s self-image and esteem and establish relationships that are based on mutual respect, promoting positive behaviour and social development;
able to communicate and express themselves in a clear, respectful, and professional manner;
able to communicate and consult with parents and carers as necessary, about children’s progress and attainment;
able to stay up to date with best practices in early years education and implement innovative strategies;
able to show the ability to work as an integrated part of a team.
