The Role

The Science department is made up of a strong and supportive team of experienced specialist teachers. All three sciences are popular subjects at KS5 and there are healthy numbers opting for Separate Science at KS4. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and reflective teacher of Science to join this supportive and successful team. The post would suit both early career teachers and experienced practitioners; we value potential, passion and a commitment to high-quality teaching as much as prior experience. You will be supported to develop as an outstanding classroom practitioner within a friendly and experienced department. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of the science curriculum.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Strong subject knowledge in Science.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
