Salary:
Main scale range: £32,916pa - £45,352pa
UPS range: £47,472pa - £51,048pa
SEN1: £2,787pa
Pay subject to experience and qualifications + 1 SEN point (Subject to Teachers' Terms and Conditions).

Qualities and Skills you will bring
- As a qualified teacher, you will skilfully adapt the curriculum to meeting the needs of all pupils, enabling them with skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Provide a stimulating environment, designing and delivering engaging, multi-sensory lessons that support regulation, communication, and cognitive development.
- Engage with pupils using creative approaches that promote independence and emotional wellbeing.
- Set challenging targets for all pupils, having high expectations for pupils’ behaviour, learning, motivation, and presentation of work.
- Support to help pupils to make progress, differentiating and utilising a range of specialised approaches (e.g. TEACCH, PECS, MAKATON, Intensive Interaction).
- Work collaboratively with families, therapists, and support staff to create consistent and responsive learning environments.
- Bring warmth, resilience, and a reflective mindset to a team that values pupil-led practice and holistic development.
