Do you love working with young children and helping them feel safe, happy, and curious every day?

Ambassador International Academy, Mankhool is looking for a kind, caring, and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting children in Early Years.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the class teacher to create a nurturing, playful, and engaging classroom where children can explore, learn, and grow with confidence. From supporting learning through play and small‑group activities to helping with routines and wellbeing, you’ll play an important part in each child’s early learning journey.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Truly enjoys working with young children
• Understands the importance of play‑based, child‑centred learning (EYFS)
• Is patient, warm, and supportive
• Works well as part of a team
• Has early years or nursery experience (qualification preferred)

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
• A recognised qualification.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a Cambridge International Curriculum school.
• Prior experience working with young students in a nursery or early years setting is highly desirable.
• Understanding of EYFS principles and child-centred, play-based learning approaches.
