About This Role
At Highwood Copse we believe that children come first and we aim to provide the best academic, creative, spiritual, emotional education possible striving for excellence in all that we do.
We are looking for someone who has experience in supporting children in and out of the classroom under guidance from the SENCO and teaching staff. This position will be to effectively support teachers in class and have the ability to deliver interventions as directed in line with the needs of the students.
You will be required to have:
• Experience of working with children in a similar setting
• Confident in both literacy, numeracy skills with excellent communication and listening skills
• A willingness to learn new things and an open mind with children best interest at heart
