Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced team leader to join our dedicated staff.

This role presents a unique opportunity for an innovative educator to guide a team of teachers and inspire our students to achieve their full potential. In 2026 the position is in Year 4, but this could change in subsequent years.

We are a well-resourced school with a diverse and supportive community, nestled in the heart of Howick. Our ideal candidate is a leader who is committed to the Science of Learning and an Assessment for Learning framework to guide curriculum delivery and teaching practice. You will be pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, both for students and staff. Your expertise in using evidence-based pedagogy will be a significant asset in enabling student achievement within a team.
