About This Role
Reporting to the Head Grounds person the job holder is part of a team that is responsible for the daily maintenance of the gardens and grounds. The team is expected to achieve a high standard of work and ensure the grounds add a special “wow” factor to the Campus. This is a hands-on role that requires a knowledgeable gardener, who is proud of their work and role as a gardener, and they must be able to plan and execute their work as part of an effective and cohesive team. The role is predominately outdoors and carried out in all weather conditions and a driving licence is essential, so that the job holder can use electric carts and other ride on garden machinery.
