We are looking to appoint a Year Leader to join our Pastoral Team from September 2026. You will be responsible for:
· creating a strong, aspirational identity for your year group and team of tutors.
· leading high quality pastoral care for all students within the year group which includes utilising essential attendance, punctuality and academic data
· providing clear leadership to a team of tutors and holding them to account for the provision of high-quality daily tutor sessions.
· tracking student wellbeing and safeguarding, and ensuring that appropriate interventions and services are put in place when support is needed.
· arranging additional activities and experiences to support the holistic development of your year group.
