About This Role
Job Purpose:
Deliver outstanding instruction in the discipline of Physics. The educator will create an engaging, inquiry-focused learning environment that cultivates student curiosity, promotes critical thinking, and applies scientific concepts through hands-on experiments, research, and practical problem-solving.
Main Duties
•
Teach Physics to students, following the established curriculum and educational standards.

Craft and present engaging lessons that stimulate inquiry-based learning, critical thinking, and scientific exploration.

Adapt teaching strategies and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities, ensuring an inclusive educational environment.

Encourage students to ask questions, develop hypotheses, conduct experiments, and analyze data, promoting a hands-on approach to learning.

Organize and execute laboratory experiments, field trips, and demonstrations that allow students to apply scientific principles in real-world contexts.
•
Foster a classroom culture that ignites curiosity and enhances students' investigative and problem-solving skills.
•
Develop and implement formative and summative assessments to evaluate student understanding and proficiency in Physics.
•
Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments, experiments, and assessments to assist students in mastering scientific concepts.
•
Track student progress and adjust teaching methods based on assessment outcomes to meet individual learning needs.
•
Customize instruction for a wide spectrum of learners, including those requiring additional support and those ready for more advanced challenges.
•
Create an inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages all students to engage with scientific material at their own levels.
