About This Role

  • Come and join Team Westcott!

We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and committed Achievement Support Assistants to join our team at Westcott Primary School.

At Westcott, relationships are at the heart of what we do. We want every child to feel known, valued and able to succeed, and our support staff play a hugely important part in making that happen every day.

We are looking for people who are positive, patient and proactive; who understand that children sometimes communicate their needs through their behaviour; and who are ready to get stuck into school life. You’ll work alongside a supportive team who care deeply about our children and about giving them the very best opportunities.

If you are someone who can build strong relationships, bring energy and kindness to the classroom and help children grow in confidence and independence, we would love to hear from you.
