The American Academy for Girls is seeking a passionate and committed Arabic Teacher to join our team in August 2026. As an all-girls school with a female-only staff, we are focused on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Requirements:
•
Minimum of two years of experience in teaching primary-aged children
•
Proficient in Classical Arabic
•
Previous teaching experience in Dubai
•
Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
•
Teaching diploma (desirable but not mandatory)
•
Fluency in English
Competencies:
•
Outstanding classroom practitioner
•
Proven track record in teaching or lecturing
•
Experience with DSIB, OFSTED, or equivalent educational inspection organizations
•
Preferred experience in an international school setting
•
Knowledge of current educational research
•
Familiarity with contemporary educational trends in the UAE is advantageous
•
Excellent communication skills, demonstrating professionalism in both written and spoken English
•
Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
•
Skilled in engaging and motivating individuals to reach high levels of performance
