Provide written documentation of planning and preparation when needed. Create and uphold records for curriculum and yearly plans, attendance, teaching materials, assessment strategies, and more.
Evaluate, document, and communicate the academic growth, progress, and achievements of students, utilizing assessments to tailor the curriculum to meet each student’s individual needs.
Encourage the overall development and well-being of students while offering guidance on educational topics.
