Early Birds Assistant

About You:

Wroughton Academies are seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join our Wraparound Care Team as an Early Birds Assistant. You will enjoy working with children, helping to create a safe and engaging environment, and building positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues. If you are organised, approachable, and passionate about supporting children's wellbeing, we would love to hear from you.

Our Ideal candidate will have:

• Good numeracy/literacy skills (Level 2 or equivalent)
• Experience of working with children within an educational setting
• Ability to relate well to children and adults
• Confidence and efficiency in managing behaviour
• Excellent communication skills
