Exam Invigilator

About You:

You are organised, detail‑focused and calm under pressure, with the ability to support exam processes confidently and professionally. You will be someone who:

• Follows JCQ regulations and school procedures to ensure exams run smoothly, fairly and securely.
• Pays close attention to detail when setting up exam rooms, checking materials and overseeing candidate conduct.
• Communicates clearly and supportively with students, staff and colleagues.
• Remains composed and solutions‑focused during busy exam periods.
• Works well as part of a team, building positive relationships across the Academy.
• Understands the importance of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism at all times.
• Supports the Exams Manager and wider team to maintain high standards throughout the examination process.
