Support the social, emotional, and behavioral growth of children.
Advocate for effective behavior management techniques.
Adhere strictly to safeguarding and child protection policies.
Track students’ progress and developmental milestones.
Observe, evaluate, and document student progress through both formative and summative assessments.
Keep precise student records and portfolios.
Generate progress reports and facilitate parent-teacher conferences.
Recognize and assist children with additional learning requirements.
Establish a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom setting.
Effectively manage classroom resources.
Engage in school events, meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff.
