About You
You are a progressive educator who sets high expectations for your students and inspires a passion for learning. Open to embracing innovative teaching techniques, you are collaborative, reflective, and committed to continuous professional development. Additionally, you must meet visa-related requirements for Poland.
Your Qualifications
• An honours degree in a relevant subject area.
• UK QTS (or an equivalent teaching qualification).
• Proven experience teaching in an English-speaking educational setting.

• A strong sense of personal integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• High proficiency in using technology for educational and administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage the operations of the Science Department.
• Develop and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for KS3, IGCSE, and IBDP students.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that promotes personal and academic growth.
• Collaborate on curriculum development, assessment strategies, and departmental initiatives.
• Incorporate Nord Anglia’s unique resources and global partnerships into your teaching.
• Actively participate in school activities, including the LEAP co-curricular program, events, and supervision duties.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and contribute to academic evaluations.
• Engage in professional development and advocate for lifelong learning.
• Serve as a Form Tutor to support students in their personal and academic journeys.
• Fulfill active supervision and lesson cover duties as needed.
