About This Role

Learning Support Assistants - Newbridge Upper and Lower School

At Astrum Multi Academy Trust, we’re proud to be a highly respected Trust formed in 2017, dedicated to supporting pupils with a wide range of Complex Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Our Newbridge School - rated Outstanding three times and a Nursery World Award winner - is a vibrant, specialist day school for children and young people aged 2 to 19, based across two sites in the London Borough of Redbridge.

We are currently seeking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our Lower School (Pupils aged 2 to 11) and Upper School (Pupils aged 11-19)

  • A positive, playful attitude - engaging with our learners through play and interaction is essential
  • The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, rewarding environment
  • A calm, sensitive, and resilient approach to challenges
  • A willingness to learn and grow - we’ll support your development every step of the way
  • An NVQ Level 2 in Childcare or equivalent qualification

Compensation

£31,284.00 - £32,653.00 Annually (FTE) OUTL4, point 7-10 (Pro Rata for part time 31 hours, term time) Actual £22,970 - £23,975. Flexible shifts considered
