School Business Manager,
N Grade £35,814 - £40,008 F.T.E
32.5 hours per week, 41 weeks per year (Term time plus 2 weeks) Ideally 9am - 4pm Mon-Thurs and 9am - 3.30pm Friday (includes a 30 min unpaid break). Flexible working patterns will be considered.

We are looking to appoint a School Business Manager to join our team and manage the busy school office. Day to day you will support the headteacher and leadership team with the operational management of the school and will lead on finance, premises and HR.
You will be able to demonstrate your understanding of the importance of exceptional customer care to a range of stakeholders and be able to communicate appropriately and effectively to achieve positive outcomes. You will be able to build strong professional relationships with staff, parents and children.
Running a busy school office effectively is pivotal to the smooth running of the school. The successful applicant should demonstrate high standards of personal and professional conduct and be supportive of the overall ethos of the school and trust. We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide efficient and effective business support.
Has an excellent understanding of financial procedures.
Has experience and understanding of health and safety and premises management.
Is open and approachable and able to work constructively within a team environment.
Can embrace change and influence others in a positive way.
Will work collaboratively with the senior leadership team
Will prioritise your own and others workloads whilst remaining friendly, patient and calm at all times.
