Vacancy Details

We are delighted to offer an opportunity for an experienced Senior Pupil Services Officer to work across Grange Infants and Grange Juniors.

This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year (term time plus) and is graded at M Scale.

Reporting to the Senior Admin Officers, you will play a key role in supporting the effective operation of both schools. Working collaboratively with admin colleagues across the two settings, you will help maintain a consistent and high quality approach to pupil services and school administration. The role will also include line management responsibilities, providing support to member of the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills who is passionate about delivering the best possible support to all.

Do you have what it takes to join us? The Senior Pupil Services Officer we would like to join us will be:

A friendly, organised and experienced School Administrator or Office Manager.

A skilled communicator, able to communicate at all levels including staff, pupils, parents, carers and external agencies, providing outstanding customer service.

Educated to GCSE level, including English and Maths.

Highly competent in using Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Experienced in supervising or leading a team.
