About This Role

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our pastoral team, in a recently created, exciting role. The role covers the hours of 8:00am-3:40pm, term time plus 10 days. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is trained or prepared to train as a Designated Safeguarding Lead. The successful candidate will join our excellent team to continue our drive to support effective support to students and their families. This role will focus on developing good working relationships with students and families to encourage a culture of high attendance, enhancing a sense of belonging and reduce the impact on education which adverse family events can cause. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to work closely with teams committed to building strong relationships, supporting student wellbeing, and promoting high levels of student attendance. Compensation

£30,000 - £46,525 (MPS/UPS Scale)
