About This Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher of Business who is excited to support pupils to achieve exceptional outcomes in vocational courses.
We are seeking a Business and Enterprise teacher to teach across our KS4 and KS5 courses in GCE Business, BTEC Enterprise and BTEC Business. Business is the largest growing subject at KS4 and 5 and we want someone to drive that love of the subject amongst our pupils.
The successful candidate will share the school’s vision and the belief that all young people should be able to enjoy a life of choice and opportunity and be committed to ensuring that every child can achieve their full potential. We have an increasing number of students studying the subject and the successful candidate will be a committed teacher with a track record of leading pupils to achieve great results.
The Role
As a Business and Enterprise teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Teaching GCE Business, BTEC Enterprise, and BTEC Business courses.
- Inspiring students to develop a passion for Business.
- Supporting pupils in achieving exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons.
- Assess and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum.
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience in teaching Business subjects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
