Middleton International School is seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Executive who will play a vital role in fostering strong relationships with our prospective and current families. This position is essential for enhancing our school's reputation and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from potential students and parents, providing them with comprehensive information about the school's offerings.
- Engage with current families to address their needs and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline processes and improve communication.
- Organize and participate in school events, promoting our community and values.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback to inform future outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a diploma in any field; a degree in communications, marketing, or education is advantageous.
- Proven experience in customer service or relations, preferably within an educational context.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems.
