Job Role
To lead the management of student data, assessment systems, and the administration of internal and external examinations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Job Responsibilities
Data Management
Lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of student performance data across the school.
Manage the school’s MIS and ensure accurate maintenance of student records.
Produce data reports to support senior leadership decision-making.
Support tracking of progress, attainment, and target setting.
Ensure data protection compliance in line with UAE regulations.
Examinations Management
Coordinate all internal and external examinations
Liaise with UK examination boards (e.g., Pearson Edexcel, Cambridge, AQA, etc.).
Ensure 100 % compliance.
Manage exam entries, timetables, invigilation schedules, and results processing.
Oversee secure storage and handling of examination materials.
Provide training and guidance to invigilators and staff.
Compliance & Reporting
Support inspection readiness (KHDA/DSIB) with accurate academic data
Prepare performance and attainment reports for leadership and governance
Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity at all times
Facilitate inputs into the School Evaluation Form (SEF)
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in data management and examinations within a British curriculum school
Strong knowledge of MIS systems and data analysis tools
Familiarity with UK exam board procedures and compliance standards
High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience as a classroom or subject teacher is desirable
