Job Requirements
Support the Head of Secondary in delivering the strategic vision and daily operational excellence of the Secondary School
Lead on school improvement planning, self-evaluation and inspection readiness
Monitor teaching and learning to ensure high standards of engagement, achievement and progress
Oversee curriculum implementation, assessment practices and academic outcomes
Support staff appraisal, performance development and professional growth
Promote outstanding attendance, behaviour and student wellbeing
Build strong partnerships with parents and the wider community
Ensure compliance with local regulations and Taaleem policies
Contribute to enrolment growth and achievement of business objectives

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a Degree with PGCE/PGDE or QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification)
Leadership qualification or relevant educational management training
Minimum 2 years’ senior or middle leadership experience in a similar setting
Strong knowledge of international curricula and inspection frameworks
Fluency in English
