• Hold NZ residency or a valid work visa (please note we are not an accredited employer)
• Have an ECE qualification and registration in NZ (for qualified positions)
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Be passionate about working with young children and creating a fun, playful and innovative learning environment.
• Show commitment to building strong respectful relationships with infants, toddlers, young children, whānau, and colleagues
• Be flexible, adaptable, and is good at coping with change
• Have good time management
• Be willing to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team culture
• Have a sound understanding of ECE legislation, regulations, curriculum, and documentation (for qualified positions)
