Our ideal candidate will

• Hold a BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration/certification
• Have experience in ECE leadership roles
• Have strong communication skills, initiative and team spirit
• Be passionate about supporting children in a relationship focused, play based learning environment
• Be passionate about supporting parents and whānau and promoting equity
• Be passionate about supporting teachers to grow and thrive in their teaching roles
• Be familiar with legislative ECE requirements and ECE administration
• Be flexible, self-motivated and have a desire to grow professionally and be a reflective educator
• Be passionate and committed to teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality
• Be committed to our mission of 'caring for people, transforming lives and reforming society' 

This is a permanent fulltime role and hours worked will be 40 per week.

The starting annual gross salary for this role will be aligned with the Full Pay Parity Scale K2 of $101,120. The starting hourly rate for this role will be $48.62
