We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly motivated EYFS Class Teacher to join St Catherine’s British School from September 2026. The successful candidate will be passionate about Early Years education, with a strong understanding of play-based learning and child development. They will be a creative and reflective practitioner, able to inspire curiosity, independence, and a love of learning in young children.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning. They will demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, and build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents. A UK-recognised (or equivalent) teaching qualification and fluency in written and spoken English are essential. A competitive remuneration package will be offered.

Key Relationships While this job description outlines the main responsibilities of the role, the post-holder may be required to undertake additional duties as directed by the Head of EYFS or Head of Lower School. This role is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Exceptions) Act 1975.
