Founded in 2021, Shenzhen Hong Kong Pui Kiu College Longhua Xinyi School (PKXYS) is a collaborative initiative between the Hong Kong Xinyi Group and the Pui Kiu Education Foundation. It stands as the first internationalized boarding school in Mainland China to simultaneously implement both the National Compulsory Education Curriculum and the Hong Kong Curriculum, and is also the first school in Mainland China to offer a 16-year continuous education program tailored for Hong Kong students.
Strategically located in Longhua District, Shenzhen, adjacent to the Shenzhen North Railway Station hub, the school spans approximately 45,000 square meters, with a total construction area of around 180,000 square meters. Its location offers unparalleled convenience, with only 19 minutes to Hong Kong West Kowloon Station and 21 minutes to Futian Port via high-speed rail and Shenzhen Metro Line 4—making daily commutes between Shenzhen and Hong Kong both practical and efficient.

3. Job description
Teaching Responsibilities
- Submit semester teaching schemes of work and set clear instructional targets.
- Deliver all classes in English, ensuring academic rigor and student engagement.
Communication Responsibilities
- Participate in departmental and staff meetings.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students.
- Maintain positive relationships with parents and provide regular feedback on students' academic progress.
Support Responsibilities
- Engage in school management activities, supervision duties, and promotional events as needed.
4. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in a relevant subject area. (Candidates with a Master’s degree and a recognized teaching qualification will be given preference.)
- Minimum of five years teaching experience in IGCSE, A-Level, HKDSE, or other recognized international curricula. (For candidates holding a Master’s or Doctoral degree in education-related fields, a minimum of two years teaching experience is required.)
- Strong understanding of the UK/western higher education systems and the academic needs of international students.
- Prior experience in international higher education settings is preferred.
- A clean criminal record is required.
