About This Role
For our bilingual Secondary School, we are looking for a qualified, German-speaking teacher of Politics and Economics or another Humanities subject. These subjects are taught in German at our school. A teaching qualification in an additional subject would be a distinct advantage.
Start: 17 August 2026
Your area of responsibility
teaching Politics and Economics or another Humanities subject to students in Grades 5 to 10
focusing on student learning and development, extending and supporting as required in order to help students to reach their potential
working closely with other members of the department and other teaching staff
communicating with parents and guardians
You have
a teaching qualification for Politics and Economics or another Humanities subject in the Secondary School
substantial teaching experience in Grades 5 to 10
experience with linguistically heterogeneous learning groups
German language skills at native-speaker level
good English skills
strong IT skills for effective use of our modern learning environment
personal qualities that motivate and inspire the students
open-mindedness, flexibility and the ability to work well in a team

Candidate Requirements

- A bachelor's degree directly related to your teaching specialization.
- Clear criminal record check spanning the last 10 years of residency.
