German-speaking Teacher of Politics and Economics | Humanities (m | f | d)

For our bilingual Secondary School, we are looking for a qualified, German-speaking teacher of Politics and Economics or another Humanities subject. These subjects are taught in German at our school. A teaching qualification in an additional subject would be a distinct advantage.

Start: 17 August 2026

Your area of responsibility

• teaching Politics and Economics or another Humanities subject to students in Grades 5 to 10

• focusing on student learning and development, extending and supporting as required in order to help students to reach their potential

• working closely with other members of the department and other teaching staff

• communicating with parents and guardians

You have

• a teaching qualification for Politics and Economics or another Humanities subject in the Secondary School 

• substantial teaching experience in Grades 5 to 10

• experience with linguistically heterogeneous learning groups

• German language skills at native-speaker level

• good English skills

• strong IT skills for effective use of our modern learning environment

• personal qualities that motivate and inspire the students 

• open-mindedness, flexibility and the ability to work well in a team
