Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification of Ed.D.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in teaching English at the high/secondary school level
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing a department or team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the UK-IGCSE curriculum for English and Literature
