Health and PE Teacher

We are an innovative senior secondary school seeking a passionate teacher, leader and learner to join our growing school. We are looking for someone who has an excellent understanding and enjoyment of all things health and physical education and a passion for growing this enthusiasm and expertise in others.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience teaching senior students and demonstrate a commitment to collaboration in order to provide rich authentic learning experiences. Ideally, you will also have experience using NCEA to identify and evidence student learning. You will be driven by the desire to ensure every student can find personal and academic success in ways that grow their dignity, purpose and options.

This position is suitable for both beginning teachers seeking mentorship and development, as well as experienced educators. For the suitable and successful candidate, management units may be available, in alignment with prior experience and/or specific responsibilities agreed upon within the school or department.
