IB MYP and DP Physics Teacher
Position Overview
We are in search of a Physics teacher who is knowledgeable and experienced with the IB Diploma Programme (IB DP). While familiarity with the IB Middle Years Programme (IB MYP) is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement.
Candidates should be prepared to actively participate in school activities, including after-school programs and mentoring students.
Responsibilities
- Create a learning environment that promotes student growth and achievement.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with students and their families.
- Assess student comprehension and progress, delivering constructive feedback.
- Ensure consistency between the written and delivered curriculum.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to effectively support our students.
- Embody our school’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Understand and apply school policies in practice.
Experiences
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Prior teaching experience in DP Physics.
- Demonstrated experience in MYP Physics or a similar course.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and personal growth.
