About you:
We are seeking an exceptional Inclusion Learning Support Assistant to start in August 2026. The ideal candidate will:
- Design and execute activities that support Individual Education Plan (IEP) objectives, adhere to structured literacy intervention programs, and communicate student progress and outcomes to parents and teachers effectively.
- Provide in-class support during lessons to ensure effective access to differentiated learning.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to enhance student learning, particularly for those with special educational needs or learning barriers.
- Promote an inclusive environment that fosters acceptance for all students.
- Provide feedback to students about their progress and accomplishments, guided by teachers.
- Monitor, maintain, and review records of student progress over time and assist teachers in planning future learning based on individual needs.
- Maintain the learning environment and create appropriate resources.
