Inclusion (SEN) Teacher

The Hamilton International School, one of Doha’s leading international schools and part of the International Schools Partnership (ISP), is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Inclusion (SEN) Teacher to join our multidisciplinary Inclusion team. The Role

We are looking for an experienced Inclusion Teacher who is passionate about supporting students with a wide range of learning needs through adapted teaching, differentiated instruction, and Individual Education Plans (IEPs). The successful candidate will lead a dedicated Inclusion classroom, collaborate closely with therapists and specialists, and work in partnership with teachers, families, and the wider Inclusion team to ensure every child feels valued, supported, and able to thrive.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or related field

  • SEN training or specialist certification preferred

  • Teaching qualification recognized by Qatar MoEHE

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting students with SEND

  • Strong understanding of SEN pedagogy, intervention strategies, and IEP implementation

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills

  • Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and international-mindedness

Compensation
