About the role
As a Key Stage 2 Teacher at Clifton Lodge, you will play a vital role in fostering the academic and personal development of our pupils. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that follow the school’s curriculum. By assessing and monitoring student progress, you will adapt your teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of your learners. Your commitment to promoting a positive learning environment will help to inspire and motivate students, ensuring that they achieve their full potential. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community and support extracurricular activities. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young learners and contribute to the school’s ethos.
This is a permanent, full-time role with a start date in September 2025.

Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher, a graduate with who is a NQT or has Qualified Teacher Status and possess a teaching qualification (B.Ed. / PGCE) and class-based experience. A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and the ability to teach and engage KS2 students in their learning is a must. You should possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proven track record of effective classroom practice. A commitment to professional development and a collaborative working style are essential, as is the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. If you are enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to contribute to our school community, we want to hear from you.
