Candidates should ideally:

• Hold a BEd or a Bachelor's degree in Primary Teaching, accompanied by a PGCE/PGDE or an equivalent qualification.

• Demonstrate creativity and enthusiasm both inside and outside the classroom.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents.
• Have a proven track record of providing exceptional teaching and learning experiences.
