Role Description
This is a full-time homeroom teaching position in our Lower Elementary (grades 1-3) department. The teacher will be responsible for instructing students according to the set curricular standards while fostering a safe and supportive learning environment rooted in the love of Jesus for all children.
Other duties include, but are not limited to:
-Leading Chapel or SEL lessons
-Supervising students in various contexts
-Attending and contributing to departmental and whole-school meetings
-Collaborating on a variety of school improvement initiatives
-Corresponding with parents, colleagues, and administration
-Engaging in regular professional development opportunities
Qualifications
-A bachelor’s degree in Elementary education or experience teaching Elementary students
-Knowledge of best practices in the instruction of core subjects to elementary students
-A valid teaching license (preferred)
-Experience working with younger children in a classroom setting.
-Faith in Jesus Christ and the desire to continue to grow in relationship with Him.
-English as a first language.
Compensation
Starting salary of around ฿530,000-฿1,000,000+. Salary increases according to and depending on type(s) of degree(s), teaching certification, pre-ICSN experience, and years of experience at ICSN.
Annual benefits include airfare stipend, housing stipend, quality health insurance (for employee and dependents), provident fund, and more.
For families, benefits also include monthly child stipend and free tuition.
