We are seeking a passionate, flexible and caring teacher to join our team in a 0.6 relieving position (3 days per week) within our kura. This is a part-time (0.6FTTE) fixed term role for the remainder of the 2026 school year.

An experienced NZ registered teacher with a current practising certificate.
Builds positive, respectful relationships with neurodiverse learners
Is patient, adaptable, and solutions-focused
Has strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
Is confident working collaboratively with therapists, teacher aides, and whānau
Brings creativity and enthusiasm to differentiated learning programmes
In this role, you will:
Provide classroom release for a senior leader.
Support continuity of learning in a safe, inclusive environment
Contribute to a team culture grounded in manaakitanga and respect
Experience in a specialist or inclusive education setting is an advantage, but not essential for the right person.
