We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Secondary School Deputy Head for the academic year 2026-2027 to join our dynamic leadership team. This Assistant Director position will focus on overseeing the English and Literature department within our High/Secondary School, delivering excellence in the UK-IGCSE curriculum.

Responsibilities include supporting the Head of Secondary School in managing daily operations, driving academic standards, leading curriculum development for English and Literature, mentoring staff, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement) in Education or related field; advanced degrees preferred
- Minimum of 5 years teaching experience within secondary education
- Proven leadership experience in an international school setting
- Strong knowledge of the UK IGCSE curriculum with expertise in English and Literature
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead teams effectively while promoting collaboration among staff
