We are looking for dynamic, caring, and empathetic educators who can teach, lead, and grow our GCSE and new A-Level and BTEC courses, becoming a key part of a progressive community school with one of the fastest-growing reputations in the region. As a key member of our newly expanded team, your role will ensure that the British ethos permeates every aspect of our educational approach, creating an environment where students excel academically and develop a global mindset aligned with the Dubai Education 33 strategy (E33), which aims to provide every student with a world-class education that meets the highest global standards and is rooted in Emirati values. Essential
QTS and PGCE/PGDE/PGDipEd/BEd
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry or Physics
Ability to teach consistently inspirational lessons and a track record of outstanding results
Commitment to raising standards for all students through collaboration and co-planning
Commitment to the values of inclusion, diversity and wellbeing
Commitment to develop and engage with the school’s Professional Learning Community
Desirable
Minimum of two years’ experience of teaching science at KS4 & KS5 to all abilities
Experience of teaching BTECs Level 2 and 3
Experience of teaching students with English as an additional language.
Experience or interest in coaching
