About This Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Teacher of Computing to join a successful and talented team of staff.

 

Digital Literacy has been introduced in Key Stage 3 to further develop our students' skills enabling St George's to produce reliable, resilient and resolute Digital Citizens. 

 

The Computing department currently offers students the opportunity to study GCSE Computer Science, BTEC Digital IT and CTEC Digital Media with further new Key Stage 5 courses under consideration for 2025 and 2026. 

 

St George’s Academy is a large, successful, 11-18 mixed secondary school of 2,340 students (including 334 in the sixth form) with outstanding facilities in all areas. The Academy serves Sleaford, Ruskington and the surrounding Lincolnshire villages with our main campus in Sleaford and our smaller campus in the village of Ruskington.
